Chief Revenue Officer
As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for ProgenyHealth, Dan is responsible for managing the Sales/Business Development and Marketing Department. This includes developing sales strategy, defining new markets, building and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan, setting effective pricing methodologies, and creating the team and appropriate incentives to rapidly expand the Progeny footprint. Dan has held senior leadership positions in the managed care industry over the past twenty-five years. He has a proven track record in turning around underperforming organizations, leading teams to achieve peak performance, and building collaborative long-term working relationships.
Prior to working at ProgenyHealth, Dan spent ten years with Humana serving as Commercial Business Health Plan President for Georgia, Florida, and Alabama. In this capacity, he was widely recognized for spearheading consistent double-digit growth in both membership and revenue. Dan also spent twelve years at Aetna, where he served in various sales and segment leadership roles. Mr. Feruck received his BS in Business Management & Psychology from Juniata College. Very active in the community, he has served on the following non-profit boards in the Atlanta market: American Diabetes Association, American Cancer Society, and First Tee Atlanta.
