New position strengthens the company’s commitment to providing data-driven solutions for the challenges of NICU population health management

Plymouth Meeting, PA, November 20, 2018 – ProgenyHealth, the leader in evidence-based utilization and case management solutions for premature and medically complex newborns, announces the appointment of Jeremy Kreyling to the newly created position of Vice President of Healthcare Economics. ProgenyHealth works with families, providers, and health plans across the country to improve outcomes for at-risk infants and reduce system costs.

Mr. Kreyling has over eighteen years of experience developing data analytics and business intelligence solutions with a focus on the healthcare vertical.  Most recently, he served as Director of Analytics, Value Based Payments, for Change Healthcare (formerly McKesson). His work experience also includes positions with Christiana Care Health Systems and Bayada Home Health Care as well as consulting engagements with Medicision and Express Scripts, Inc.

According to Ellie Stang, MD, ProgenyHealth’s Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer, the creation of this position and the appointment of Mr. Kreyling reflect the company’s growth and commitment to solving the many challenges inherent to caring for neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) populations. She states that, “Our sole mission is to ensure these infants receive the most appropriate standard of care from birth to their first birthday. In doing so, we also can reduce total cost of care. For over a decade, we’ve done that consistently via an expert clinical team and proprietary data platform that continues to grow and gain knowledge. And what we’ve learned for sure is that many complex, interrelated variables impact NICU case outcomes. With Mr. Kreyling’s expertise on our team, we are better positioned to discover deeper insights in our data and launch new solutions that will empower our customers and the families they serve.”
