Thank you for everything you have done. It truly felt that you were a guardian angel to help guide me through those tough times. ProgenyHealth was such a blessing is such tough times. My daughter was in a NICU for 5 weeks and then transferred to a Rehabilitation Hospital with a G-tube. I received a phone call with a friendly and understanding voice on the other end of the line. I was exhausted and drained from those first few weeks and it was relieving to hear that there was someone there to help. She helped with ordering my daughter's GT bags and supplies which were delivered quickly when I needed them and then got an order from her doctor to have the pump removed from my house when she was eating everything by bottle (yay!) She also talked with me about her medication doses and explained each of their side effects.
Over the year that we talked each and every month we went over each of my daughter's milestones and felt the joy and excitement each time she surpassed one. Our case manager was not only someone to help with insurance or do things to help, she became part of our little family and we were truly blessed to have such a compassionate and loving person there every step of the way.
Thank you ProgenyHealth for being there for the ones who need to be picked up and carried, at least part of the way and there to root on the achievements of all our little ones.

I have really appreciated the support your company has given to me after the unexpected early arrival of my son. My favorite part is sharing information about my son’s growth and development. I get anxious to hear which milestones should be coming up and it makes me so happy to hear that he is actually accomplishing some milestones earlier than expected. The information about milestones you give me feels so important as I can know what to expect as he is not constantly at the doctors every other week like he was after he got out of the NICU. The two months between his last two appointments had me really wondering what he should be doing. As I have other children, I felt like he was on track but I have yet to have time to look online. I enjoyed looking through the packets of information that was sent to me shortly after the birth of my son. I was able to read through it while sitting with him in the NICU. Another important aspect of this was the information you provided to my husband about how dangerous it is for the baby if he continues to smoke. It has opened his eyes as he sometimes continues to struggle with fully quitting. Thanks for taking so much time to speak with me. I really do appreciate it.
Thanks so much! Can't wait until our next chat.

ProgenyHealth has been extremely helpful with the progress of my son's health. It's challenging to be a first time parent, but with my son's surgery and the first nine weeks of his life being in the hospital, this presented even more challenges. Patsy sent me information and contacted me while my son was still in the hospital to describe her services and offer help. In addition to her listening ear and emotional support she has been the consistent piece with his transition home from the NICU and the medical care he currently receives. She also asks questions about his developmental growth and has provided suggestions when some of his physical development was delayed. She has worked with community agencies such as our home nursing care and a birth to three program to make sure my son is receiving all the services he can, to promote his physical and emotional development. At this point my son is doing well and we have come so far from his initial surgery and hospital stay. I believe that this is due to the support from Patsy and her knowledge and communication in being my son's best advocate.

I appreciate all the reminders about the services you did provide. Those days were pretty busy and I've lost track of many of the things we had talked about. Sleep was even at more of a premium than it is now. As you can see from the pictures, it's pretty impossible to tell just by looking. He was about a day old in this picture. He was just tiny, 17.5 inches long and 5 pounds 4 oz.
He's now 37 inches tall and weighs almost 30 pounds. We must have added fertilizer in something because he's sprouted like a weed. He eats everything.
The information that my case manager provided was helpful and reassuring. There are many questions that new parents have about what needs to be done for a newborn. All those sleepless nights and restless days in the first few months are trying at best and it was nice to know there was a source of information out there that was available.
Thanks for your help and concern!

My husband and I had been given the opportunity to use ProgenyHealth as a useful tool to help manage our daughter’s extensive healthcare due to a congenital heart defect. Although hesitant at first, we came to greatly appreciate this resource. Our nurse case manager Pat reminds us of upcoming appointments and helps keep us on track with immunizations and milestones. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.
It has really helped guide us to be sure our daughter is receiving the best possible care.
