Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska (BCBSNE) has partnered with ProgenyHealth® to bring you and your BCBSNE patients a whole-person Maternity and NICU Care Management program.
ProgenyHealth works alongside care teams to deliver personalized maternity case management and specialized NICU utilization and case management—ensuring continuity of care for both
providers and families.
ProgenyHealth’s Maternity Case Management program works alongside OB/GYNs and other pregnancy clinicians to support patients across key phases of pregnancy and postpartum, providing coordinated engagement that reinforces care plans and supports continuity of care through 12 months postpartum.
If a NICU admission occurs, ProgenyHealth works alongside NICU hospital teams and BCBSNE to support infants and families through coordinated NICU Utilization and Case Management. Our physician-developed, evidence-based model includes a dedicated NICU team designed to complement clinical decision-making and promote continuity of care for newborn and specialized support for NICU families.
