Melanie Bella

Melanie Bella is an Executive Advisor at Cressey & Company. She also served as the Chair of the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC).

Previously, Melanie was EVP of Policy and Duals Strategy for Cityblock Health, a value-based provider focusing on Medicaid and dual eligibles. Before Cityblock, Melanie served as the first Director of the Medicare-Medicaid Coordination Office at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and has also served as the Medicaid Director for the state of Indiana.

Melanie earned a Master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor's degree from DePauw University.
