Melanie Bella

Melanie Bella is an Executive Advisor at Cressey & Company and a member of the firm’s Distinguished Executives Council. She also serves as Chair of the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC).

Previously, Melanie was EVP of Policy and Duals Strategy for Cityblock Health, a value-based provider focusing on Medicaid and dual eligibles. Before Cityblock, Melanie served as the first Director of the Medicare-Medicaid Coordination Office at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and has also served as the Medicaid Director for the state of Indiana.

Melanie earned a Master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor's degree from DePauw University.
